Made using 12-gauge material that exceeds industry standards, the Getty features 2-inch thick doors with a steel threshold, bullet hinges, and grease fittings welded to the frame. For hassle-free installation, pre-drilled holes and tabs are welded onto the jamb. Our 5/8-inch tempered double-pane design is complete with a dual-sealing system to reduce heat loss and air leakage, maximizing energy efficiency. Additionally, we include Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping inside each frame, helping reduce hot and cold weather transfer. To help prevent infiltration of sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke or fire a door sweep is included, and installed at the bottom of your door to help seal gaps.
