The Blackbird is fabricated using 12 gauge material that exceeds industry standards. Its doors boast a 2" thickness, with steel thresholds and bullet hinges with grease fittings affixed. The jamb is equipped with pre-drilled tabs to facilitate installation. Furthermore, the 5/8" operable tempered dual-pane glass offers dual-sealing, a design feature that helps to minimize heat and air leakage for an efficient product. Each frame includes Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping, which helps minimize the transfer of cold and hot temperatures. Furthermore, a door sweep is included with the set, and it is installed at the base of your door to guard against infiltration of sound, drafts, insects, light, smoke, moisture, and fire.
