The Air 8 is constructed with top-grade 12 gauge material that surpasses industry standards. It features 2-inch thick doors with a steel threshold and bullet hinges that are connected to the frame with grease fittings. Additionally, the jamb has tabs with pre-drilled holes to make installation easier. Our energy efficient product features a 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass design with dual sealing that reduces heat and air leakage. Additionally, we use Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping inside each frame to minimize hot and cold weather transfer, and include a door sweep to seal gaps at the bottom of your door and prevent infiltration of sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, or fire.
