Crafted with superior materials, the Hollywood features frames and doors composed of 12 gauge steel - 2" thick. We outfitted it with bullet hinges for added security amid grease fittings welded on the frame to ensure smooth performance over time. For pragmatic installation, we have tabs pre-drilled into the jamb along a steel threshold included in every purchase! By engineering an energy-efficient product for our customers, we have employed dual sealing in all of our 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass designs to decrease heat and air leakage. Our frames are also equipped with Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping that further decreases the transfer of hot or cold temperatures. To protect against sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, and smoke infiltration a door sweep is installed at the base of each door to form a secure seal.
