Overview
A specially formulated primer that seals and primes porous, dusty, flaky and old roof surfaces. Ideal for use on old felt, tile, bricks, cracked bitumen and mastic repairs it has been formulated with high grade urethane polymers that cure to form a robust yet flexible sealant. It dries in 2-4 hours and can be finished with for best results.

Preparation
Always ensure the area to be painted is completely dry and free from dust, dirt and anything that may affect adhesion.
- Completely remove any flaking paint.
- Brush and wash off any loose or powdery surfaces.
- Remove any rust and corrosion from metals and abrade any smooth metals.
- Treat any fungal growth with an appropriate and allow to dry.
- Fill any cracks and voids with a mastic filler or appropriate filler.
- Cut open any felt blisters and apply underneath and secure with felt tacks.
- Sand any smooth plastic or fibre glass surfaces.
- Allow new concrete to dry out for 28 days before wire brushing the entire surface.
Application
Always perform a test on a small inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility, and always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.
- Stir well before use, apply directly from the can with a brush or sprayer.
- One generous coat will be ideal for most surfaces however for more porous surfaces a second coat may be required.
- Allow to 2-4 hours before over coating with , this must be done within 48 hours.
